Great community and very neat. Convenient access to freeways, restaurants, shopping. You can walk to downtown Culver City. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond. The rooftop pool is a great place to hangout and enjoy the view.
I have been so content with my decision. I moved cross country to LA and needed a place that was convenient to my job. The waterstone has been very clean, very welcoming, and very professional
My apartment really feels like home, which is a comforting and peaceful feeling.
The apartment is managed well. Pet friendly. It's in a great location. Easy access to anywhere in West LA really. We would definitely recommend the apartment. The staff takes care of any issues very quickly and pretty painlessly. There are a lot of renovations going on, which can be annoying, but they are only improving the building so we can't complain.
It has been a real nice place to live. The staff is great; repairs are prompt. The parking facilities are nice; there is an exercise room and the roof deck is a nice place to get a tan or just relax in the pool. It is convenient to UCLA and downtown. My wife and I like it.
When I started looking for apartments, I checked out Waterstone and was relatively interested in the unit. Then I read the apartmentratings.com reviews and I got kind of worried about it. I ended up visiting one more time to talk to the manager and felt comfortable enough to move-in. I've been living here for a few months now and am definitely glad I went with my first good instinct rather than old reviews.
I've had no problems here and I feel that the price I am paying is fair compared to other LA apartments.
My neighbors are really quiet and I haven't had any problems. I feel like the reviews here are really biased and a so far I'm really happy with my choice to move here.
I love that our building is pet friendly. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. So great that we live across form a grocery store, pharmacy, and food joints! I look forward to seeing the new and improved gym area. My favorite feature of our building is the rooftop pool and spa.
